🃏 About This Event

Louisiana Card Con returns to the Castine Center in Pelican Park, Mandeville, Louisiana, on May 2-3, 2026, for one of the Gulf South's premier collectibles weekends. With more than 250 vendor tables filling the spacious Castine Center floor, this is the largest recurring card show in the greater New Orleans and Northshore region. Louisiana Card Con has rapidly earned a reputation as the go-to event for collectors of all ages and interests, drawing vendors and attendees from across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and beyond.

The vendor floor features an incredible variety of collectibles. Sports card enthusiasts will find tables packed with MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, and soccer cards ranging from modern retail singles to high-end vintage gems. Graded slabs from PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC are widely represented, alongside raw vintage cards from the 1950s through the junk wax era and into today's hottest releases. Trading card game players and collectors will discover extensive inventories of Pokemon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Lorcana, and Dragon Ball Z cards at multiple vendor tables. Beyond cards, you will find comics, Funko Pops, action figures, coins, retro video games, and sports memorabilia including autographed jerseys, helmets, and baseballs.

Show hours are Saturday, May 2 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday, May 3 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Early bird admission on Saturday morning gives you a head start on the best deals before the general crowd arrives. General admission tickets are affordable and available at the door, with children under a certain age admitted free. Check the Louisiana Card Con website for the latest pricing and any early bird or VIP ticket options that may be available for pre-purchase.

The Castine Center in Pelican Park offers a modern, air-conditioned venue with plenty of space to browse comfortably. Free parking is available on-site in the Pelican Park lot, and the venue is easily accessible from Interstate 12 and the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway, making it a quick drive from downtown New Orleans, Slidell, Covington, Hammond, and Baton Rouge. Food vendors are typically on-site so you can grab a bite without leaving the show floor.

This event is ideal for families looking for a fun weekend outing, competitive TCG players searching for singles to complete tournament decks, serious sports card investors hunting for graded rookies and key vintage, and casual hobbyists who just enjoy flipping through boxes of cards. First-time attendees should come with a game plan — bring cash and a want list, wear comfortable shoes for walking the floor, and budget time to visit tables on both days since vendors sometimes rotate inventory overnight. Arrive early on Saturday for the widest selection, and come back Sunday for potential end-of-show deals as vendors look to lighten their load before packing up.
